Together, we are implementing a benchmarking process which will increase awareness, improve building performance, and financially stabilize projects.
This free program is offered in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maryland, Illinois, Missouri, western Pennsylvania and Virginia with limits on the number of buildings that can participate per state. Once an individual state's quota fills the offer ends, so don’t delay!
Is your multifamily affordable housing portfolio eligible? Participating properties must meet all of these requirements:
- Be a multifamily building of 5 or more units
- Be affordable. Defined as units that either receive financial assistance or are charged rents accessible to households at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI), and that do not spend >30% of their income on housing costs
- Be able to provide 13 contiguous months of data for at least one owner-paid utility
